This book contains the proceedings of the 2023 3rd International Conference on Internet Technology and Education Informatization (ITEI 2023) held in a hybrid form from November 24 to November 26, 2023. The conference topics covered in this conference include Artificial Intelligence Education, Computer Applications, Database Technology, Digital Libraries, Image Processing, Intelligent Tutoring Systems, Learning Management Systems (LMS), Software Engineering, Virtual Reality and Augmented Reality, Educational Technology, E-Learning, Lifelong Education, Massive Open Online Course (MOOC), Accessibility for Disabled Users, Behavioral Issues and Students with Special Needs.

The conference aims to promote communication and cooperation between academia and industry and provide a platform to discuss the latest research results and development trends in computer applications, educational technology, and education for disabled students. We invited experts, scholars, and industry elites worldwide to share their research results and experiences from different perspectives and fields. In addition, we would like to thank the conference chair, publication chairs, technical program committee chairs, program committee chairs, conference secretariat, local organizers, and conference sponsors for their financial support in making ITEI 2023 a success.
