Proceedings of the 10th Annual International Seminar on Transformative Education and Educational Leadership (AISTEEL 2025) contains the papers that were presented at the seminar with the theme "Transformative Education and Leadership in the Era of Artificial Intelligence and Global Sustainability".
The AISTEEL 2025 was held by hybrid seminar on 19 November 2025. This seminar is organized by Postgraduate School, Universitas Negeri Medan and has become a routine agenda at Postgraduate School of Unimed now. The AISTEEL is realized this year with various presenters, lecturers, researchers and students from universities both in and out of Indonesia participating in the seminar.
The 10th AISTEEL presented three distinguished keynote speakers — Professor Dr. Syawal Gultom, M.Pd, Prof. Dr. Eng. Tsunenori Mine, and Dr. Balazs Huszka. In addition, presenters of parallel sessions came from various Government and Private Universities, Institutions, Academy, and Schools. Some of them are those who have sat and will sit in the oral defence examination. The plenary speakers presented topics covering multiple disciplines. They contributed many inspiring inputs on current trending educational research topics all over the world. The expectation is that all potential lecturers and students shared their research findings for improving their teaching process and quality, and leadership.
There are 41 papers that passed through the rigorous review process and were accepted by the committee. All of papers reflect the conference scopes as follows: Teachers Education Model in Future; Education and Research Global Issue; Transformative Learning and Educational Leadership; Mathematics, Science and Nursing Education; Social, Language and Cultural Education; Vocational Education and Educational Technology; Economics, Business and Management Education; Curriculum, Research and Development; Innovative Educational Practices and Effective Technology in the Classroom; Educational Policy and Administration Education. The Committee of AISTEEL invested great efforts into reviewing the papers submitted to the conference and organizing the sessions to enable the participants to gain maximum benefit.
