Abstract
Digital transformation in higher education demands that faculty members and administrative staff proficiently utilize cloud-based collaboration tools. To meet this imperative, Universitas Negeri Medan launched a Google Workspace Training Program to bolster digital competencies. Employing a mixed-methods approach and the Kirkpatrick four-level model, this study evaluated the program—conducted from 20–22 May 2024 with 30 participants. Findings revealed exceptionally high satisfaction, with all participants deeming it engaging and practical; moderate knowledge gains; skill application by 78% of participants in their work; and a 15% rise in organizational efficiency. Overall, the program was effective, though enhanced long-term impact requires follow-up mentoring, department-specific modules, and more frequent sessions.
