The 1st International Conference of Economics and Business (ICEB) 2023 brings together researchers, academics, experts, and professionals in examining selected themes by applying multidisciplinary approaches. This conference is the first intentional conference held by the Faculty of Economics, Universitas Muhammadiyah Sumatera Barat. The theme of the 1st ICEB 2023 is “Acceleration of Regional Economic Development for Strong and Fair National Economy”. It is expected that this event may offer contributions for both academics and practitioners to conduct research related to Business, Accounting, and Economics Related Studies. Each contributed paper was refereed before being accepted for publication. The double-blind peer review was used in the paper selection.
