Abstract
This study aims to prove the effect of profitability, liquidity, capital structure and investment decisions on firm value. A manufacturing business in the food and beverage sector that was listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the years 2018 through 2020 served as the sample in this study. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling and a sample of 95 was obtained which met the criteria. The analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. Disclosure of company value in this study is measured by PBV (Price to Book Value). Based on the study's findings, it can be said that while liquidity has little bearing on business value, profitability, capital structure, and investment decisions do.
