Abstract
This study aims to determine the relationship between the variables of service quality, speed quality, and security quality on customer satisfaction on mobile banking at Bank Syariah Indonesia with a case study of UHAMKA students. The research method used is quantitative research using a sample of student respondents at the University of Muhammadiyah Prof. Dr. HAMKA. The data processing and analysis technique used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using the AMOS 26 application. From the results of this study, it was found that service quality has no effect on customer satisfaction. Then the quality of speed has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction. And lastly, the quality of security has no effect on customer satisfaction.
