The Proceedings of the 3rd International Conference Administration Science (3rd ICAS), that was organized by Politeknik STIA LAN Bandung, was held virtually on 15 September 2021 with the main theme of Leading Recovery: "Challenges and Opportunities in Achieving SDGs in The New Normal Era". The 3rd ICAS conference includes several interesting topics such as Economy, Business and Corporation, Public Administration, Politics and Political Economy, Development Studies, Public Policy, Digital Governance, Disaster Management, Human Resource Management, Gender Inequality and Poverty, Education, Cultural Studies, Environmental Studies. Participants came from various universities and practitioners with a total of 52 papers that is published in a proceeding. We hope that this proceeding bring contribution and insight, resulting in new knowledge, inspirations, and collaborations. Thank you for your participation.
