This book contains the proceedings of the 2023 5th Management Science Informatization and Economic Innovation Development Conference (MSIEID 2023) held in a hybrid form from December 8-10, 2023. The conference topics covered in this conference include Information Economy and Enterprise Management, Hybrid Intelligent Systems, Population Aging and Information Technology Management, Internet Technology, Human Resource Management and Digital Recruitment, Accounting and Financial Information Systems, and Big Data Mining.

The conference aims to promote communication and cooperation between academia and industry and provide a platform to discuss the latest research results and development trends in Management Science Informatization and Economic Innovation Development. We invited experts, scholars, and industry elites worldwide to share their research results and experiences from different perspectives and fields. In addition, we would like to thank the conference chair, publication chairs, technical program committee chairs, program committee chairs, conference secretariat, local organizers, and conference sponsors for their financial support in making MSIEID 2023 a success.
