This book contains the proceedings of the International Conference on Environmental, Energy and Earth Science (ICEEES) held via the hybrid form in Pekanbaru, Indonesia from October 30th to 31st, 2023. The specific topics covered in this conference include Environmental Science, Sustainable Agriculture and Technology, Food Science and Technology, Forestry, Disaster Management, Earth Science, Green Energy and Renewable Energy, Science and Technology in Society, Science and Humanities integration, Interdisciplinary Research in Health Sciences, Environmental Studies and Sustainability, Digital Humanities and Computational Sciences, Social Sciences and Cognitive Sciences, Art, Literature, and Aesthetics, Interdisciplinary Education and Pedagogy. The conference aims to bring together various professionals from the scientific community to foster connections between science, technology, and industry, and provide a platform for exploring fundamental issues and new applications in related fields. We hope that the scientific attitudes and skills developed through research will encourage scholars worldwide to contribute to the development of knowledge generated by research.
