However…Adding connectivity to vehicles is attracting much attention toward developing smarter vehicles such as autonomous cars. To obtain and utilize real-time information from vehicles, techniques that combine the concept of edge computing and publish/subscribe messaging model have been proposed. However, there is an issue that the increase in the number of edge servers imposes a heavy load upon a subscriber for managing connections to them. To address this issue, we propose an edge-based platform with the functionality of adjusting the number of connections to edge servers. Experimental results clarify the trade-off characteristic between subscription load and latency.

Superresolution Reconstruction of Magnetic Resonance Images Based on a Nonlocal Graph Network

OBJECTIVES: Other methods of superresolution cannot adequately capture nonlocal self-similarity information of …INTRODUCTION: High-resolution (HR) medical images are very important for doctors when diagnosing the internal pathological structures of patients and formulating precise treatment plans.
OBJECTIVES: Other methods of superresolution cannot adequately capture nonlocal self-similarity information of images. To solve this problem, we proposed using graph convolution to capture non-local self-similar information.
METHODS: This paper proposed a nonlocal graph network (NLGN) to perform single magnetic resonance (MR) image SR. Specifically, the proposed network comprises a nonlocal graph module (NLGM) and a nonlocal graph attention block (NLGAB). The NLGM is designed with densely connected residual blocks, which can fully explore the features of input images and prevent the loss of information. The NLGAB is presented to efficiently capture the dependency relationships among the given data by merging a nonlocal operation (NL) and a graph attention layer (GAL). In addition, to enable the current node to aggregate more beneficial information, when information is aggregated, we aggregate the neighbor nodes that are closest to the current node.
RESULTS: For the scale r=2, the proposed NLGN achieves PSNR of 38.54 dB and SSIM of 0.9818 on the T(T1, BD) dataset, and yielding a 0.27 dB and 0.0008 improvement over the CSN method, respectively.
CONCLUSION: The experimental results obtained on the IXI dataset show that the proposed NLGN performs better than the state-of-the-art methods.

Supervised, unsupervised, semi-supervised, and Reinforcement Learning (RL) are the main types of ML. This study mainly focuses on RL and Deep learning, since necessitates mainly sequential and consecutive decision-making context. This is a comparison to supervised and non-supervised learning due to the interactive nature of the environment. Exploiting a forthcoming accumulative compensation and its stimulus of machines, complex policy decisions. The study further analyses and presents ML perspectives depicting state-of-the-art developments with advancement, relatively depicting the future trend of RL based on its applicability in technology. It's a challenge to an Internet of Things (IoT) and demonstrates what possibly can be adopted as a solution. This study presented a summarized perspective on identified arenas on the analysis of RL. The study scrutinized that a reasonable number of the techniques engrossed in alternating policy values instead of modifying other gears in an exact state of intellectual. The study presented a strong foundation for the current studies to be adopted by the researchers from different research backgrounds to develop models, and architectures that are relevant.

This paper discusses the application of the Internet of Things technology in the rehabilitation of special population…According to the WORLD Disabled Persons federation (WPF), there are a large number of disabled people in the world, accounting for over 400 million in the Asia-Pacific region alone. This paper discusses the application of the Internet of Things technology in the rehabilitation of special populations, aiming at achieving high allocation of resources without changing personnel allocation, realizing innovation to improve economic benefits without changing personnel allocation, and rationally optimizing resource allocation to achieve maximum. Firstly, we give an overview of the Internet of Things technology and its application, and introduce the sensor, RFID, embedded system and other technologies. Then, we discuss the application of Internet of Things technology in the rehabilitation of disabled people, from the rehabilitation needs of disabled people and the application of Internet of Things technology in the field of rehabilitation. Then, from the statistical analysis of the application of Internet of Things technology in the rehabilitation field in the past 10 years, we obtained the shortcomings of the application of Internet of Things technology in the rehabilitation field and some space for further exploration. Finally, we believe that the application of Internet of Things technology to the rehabilitation management of persons with disabilities will be a breakthrough in the rehabilitation management of persons with disabilities, and have important reference value for the rehabilitation management of persons with disabilities worldwide. We also hope that understanding, respecting, caring and helping people with disabilities will increasingly become a global consensus and action.

Therefore, it needs a system that automatically recommends customized items to customers. The Recommender system has an internet of things (IoT) that entails a subclass of evidenced-based sieving structures that pursues to forecast the assessment of a customer would stretch to an item. Within social networks, numerous categories of RS operate on different recommendation expertise. In this state-of-the-art, we describe and classify current studies from three different aspects by describing different methods of recommender systems. The Friend Recommendation System in social networks is necessary and inevitable, and it is due to this kind of coordination that inevitably recommends latent friends to customers. Making recommendations for friends is an imperative assignment for community networks, as obligating supplementary networks customarily superiors to enhanced customer experience.
