This conference has brought researchers, developers, and practitioners around the world who are leveraging and developing art and anthropology studies. The theme of ISCS 2022 was “The Arts of Noticing of What Vanishing and Emerging from Ecological Problems: Looking through the Eyes of Anthropology, Media, and Fine Arts”.

This second ISCS proceeding offers 26 full papers, including 5 invited papers in oral presentation sessions at the main conference tracks. The conference tracks were Expression of Fine Arts, Environment and Marginal Community; Gender, Art, and Ecological Issues; Ecological Crises in the Upland and Coastal Society; Performance Art and Environment Issues; and Ecological Crises from Multidisciplinary Perspective. Aside from the high-quality technical paper presentations, the technical program also featured five keynote speakers. They are Boreth Ly, Ph.D from University of California, Roberto Rizzo, Ph.D from University of Milan, Noria Ak Tugang, Ph.D from Universiti Malaysia Sarawak, Dr. Deny Tri Ardianto, Dipl. Art from Universitas Negeri Sebelas Maret, and Dr. Hipolitus K. Kewuel, M.Hum from Universitas Brawijaya.

We strongly believe that ISCS provides a good forum for all researchers, developers, and practitioners to discuss the importance of culture. We also expect that the future ISCS will be as successful and stimulating, as indicated by the contributions presented in this volume.
