The 1st International Conference on Environment and Sustainability Issues Universitas Negeri Semarang (ICESI UNNES) previously known as International Conference on Education and Social Sciences (ICESS UNNES). ICESI rebranding the 5th bi-annual conference ICESS which held on 2017. ICESI will be an annual event hosted by Faculty of Social Sciences Universitas Negeri Semarang. This year (2019), the first ICESI UNNES held on 18-19 July 2019 at Hotel Grasia, Semarang, Indonesia.
“Environment and Sustainable Development” has been chosen at the main theme for the conference, with a focus on the latest research and trends, as well as future outlook of the field of Call for paper fields to be included in ICESI 2019 are: Environmental Science, Ecological changes, Sustainable development, Mining and ecological damage, Earth Science, Disaster and mitigation, Renewable, smart and green energy development, Environmental pollution and health impacts, Water and soil conservation, Greenhouse effect, global warming, and climate change also Agriculture and environment sustainability.
The conference invites delegates from across Indonesian and South East Asian region and is usually attended by more than 100 participants from university academics, researchers, practitioners, and professionals across a wide range of industries.
