This book contains the proceedings of the 3rd International Conference on Bigdata Blockchain and Economy Management (ICBBEM 2024) which was held in a hybrid form from March 29 to March 31, 2024. The conference topics covered in this conference include Big Data, Computer Software and Computer Applications, Big Data Technology, Internet Finance, Cloud Computing, Services of Blockchain Technology, Blockchain Security, Applications of Digital Currency, Blockchain and Economic Management, Modeling and Forecasting of ARMA Time Series, Economic Forecasting Methods and Combined Forecasting Models.

The conference aims to promote communication and cooperation between academia and industry and provide a platform to discuss the latest research results and development trends in the field of Big Data, Blockchain Application Innovation, and Innovation in Economic Management. We invited experts, scholars, and industry elites from all over the world to share their research results and experiences from different perspectives and fields.
