The 7th International ICST Wireless Internet Conference (WICON 2013) will be held in Shanghai, China, during April 11-12, 2013. In technical co-sponsorship with the IEEE Computer Society, the conference will bring together technical experts and researchers from academia, industry, and government all around the world to discuss novel research results related to the future wireless internet. WICON 2013 will continue to serve as a premier international conference to discuss novel research results related to the emerging wireless internet. WICON 2013 is soliciting both academic research and industry practice papers. Papers solicited in the WICON 2013 are divided into FOUR tracks, PHY, MAC, Network and Service/Application tracks.
