The 5th workshop on Personalisation for e-Health focuses on all aspects of personalised eHealth delivery, encouraging an interdisciplinary approach, consolidating the trend started with the first editions of the workshop, held with UM 2005 in Edinburgh, UM 2007 in Corfu, the 21st IEEE CBMS Jyväskylä, Finland in 2008, and AIME 2009 in Verona. For this edition, it is a pleasure to be associated with the larger e-Health community, creating a great opportunity to share issues and practices.
