This workshop will focus on developing private and secure mobile health solutions for the next generation healthcare providers. Within this workshop experts in mobile technology, mobile security and mobile privacy will explain what they have learned from the experience implementing the framework in these different communities. Experts will also discuss the common elements of health information exchange architectures, new architectures for secure mobile information exchange, models for trusted health information sharing based on the 3G mobile networks. It is a critical learning opportunity designed to allow the exchange of ideas with leaders and members of communities working in the area of mobile health care all around the world. This workshop is designed to inform participants the current status of the mobile security and privacy issues and to facilitate the growing collaboration between the industry and academic leaders in the healthcare community.
