Abstract
SWOT method is an important tool in the research and development of strategic planning process. Using SWOT method, the analytical framework model for equipment development strategy assessment is developed, strategic environment analysis of weapons and equipment development is carried out, the impact of environmental factors is analyzed, internal and external strengths, weaknesses, threats and opportunities are scored to provide a more accurate support basis for future strategic development.
