Abstract
In order to improve human resource management models from the basis of artificial intelligence, this project conducts research on the use of big data and artificial intelligence in human resource management. in the context of the rapid development of intellectual technology. Using Company G as an example, the problem of human resource management and why the above problems occur is studied through a combination of structural analysis, qualitative methods and more. After a lot of analysis, we can get the results of three things that happen in the company's human resources management: recruitment, human resources planning and performance management.
