Abstract
Fulfillment of national intelligence through education, teaching and research as well as community service (Tri Dharma) must still be carried out during the Covid 19 pandemic, although it must be implemented in a different way according to health protocols. This study aims to analyse how universities can realize the fulfillment of Tridharma's rights in the midst of the Covid 19 pandemic. The results showed that the development of the fulfillment of the rights of the Tridharma of higher education in the midst of the Covid 19 pandemic, was still carried out for both lecturers and students by implementing health protocols and utilizing existing technology, and of course carried out with the provisions and standards of educational quality to make graduates or alumni who were issued able useful for the community and the world of work, whereas in the field of research carried out by both lecturers and students it can be carried out with the aim of obtaining new research, especially in the prevention of Covid 19 and its spread, while in the field of community service it is still carried out in an effort to provide community service. is one of the tasks of higher education which is carried out by lecturers and students with the aim of being closer to the community and able to provide enlightenment to the community and be able to provide solutions to community problems, while still maintaining heed health protocols.
