Abstract
Under the background of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation", colleges and universities need to combine the needs of The Times to cultivate the complex talents with innovative consciousness and entrepreneurial ability.Digital education provides a new opportunity for the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents.This paper analyzes the difficulties of the development of innovation and entrepreneurship education in universities, and discusses the development strategies of improving college students' innovation and entrepreneurship ability.
