Abstract
International trade is the core course of agriculture and forestry economic manage-ment major. Because of its practical characteristics, case teaching method is used widely in classroom teaching. The construction of case base can make case teaching more standardized and keep pace with the times. Through the elaboration of screening, classifying and analyzing cases by using big data, preparing to build the case base of international trade course and the implementation steps of using case teaching method, it is emphasized that in case teaching reform, we should pay attention to select appro-priate cases and updating the case base constantly, so as to better cultivate economic management professionals who meet the requirements of the development of the times.
