Abstract

Tiktok application is an application that is currently a trend. The Tiktok application is widely used by various groups, both children and adults. This application makes it easy for its users to express themselves to a wide audience. This study aims to determine the impact of using the Tiktok application on student character. This study uses a qualitative approach with the method of literature study. The results of the study show that, first, Tiktok affects students' behavior patterns and mindset; second, students use the Tiktok application more so that it makes them lose track of time and forget studying; third, students do not use the Tiktok application as a medium for learning, but only to fill their spare time. This impact will certainly affect the character of students, and this is a challenge for the world of education to continue to educate students to have good character.
