Abstract
The fine management of ideological and political education in colleges and universities is a practical proposition, which is the new requirement and hot spot of ideological and political education in recent years. It is the reflection and correction of the previous extensive management, and also an important way of accurate ideological and political education. In order to screen out some basic and typical main indicators to present the basic status and trend of the refined management of ideological and political education, more than 80 relevant literatures and 197 indicators of 12 index systems from 2009 to 2018 were sorted out and summarized. Based on the PSR (pressure-state-response) model theory, By applying statistics, analytic hierarchy process, expert evaluation and correlation analysis, and comprehensively considering the adoption rate, importance, universality and recognition rate of indicators, 18 indicators are selected as the main evaluation indicators of the indicator system, the refined management indicator system of ideological and political education is established, and the weight of each indicator is calculated, so as to provide reference for accurately improving the effectiveness of ideological and political education.
