Abstract
This study aimed to investigated the effect of emotional regulation on learning saturation of students in the era of the covid 19 pandemic. This study was quantitative research. The population in this study were 608 students. The sample of this study were 241 students. The instrument given was an emotion regulation and a learning saturation questionnaire. The data were analyzed using a simple linear regression technique. The results showed that the significance value (0.00<0.05) and the tcount value is 4.261 > ttable 1.046, It could be concluded that there is an effect of Emotion Regulation on the Learning Saturation of students in the Guidance and Counseling Study Program, Faculty of Education, State University of Medan.
