Abstract
The development of students' character in higher education is intertwined with the guidance provided by Civic Teachers on values, and the school's education policy plays a crucial role in carrying out the essential task of building morality and fostering individuals. The deep integration of party building and ideological work in colleges and universities is not only feasible and necessary, but also has a specific method of practice. By using "lecture to bring learning" and "experiences to bring people", the traditional mode of teaching can be improved and students can be further motivated to actively learn party and political knowledge. This is conducive to enriching students' understanding of political matters. The acquisition of pertinent knowledge and enhancement of comprehensive comprehension regarding party politics among students is important. Colleges and universities should therefore promptly consolidate findings and lead the publicity efforts of integrating party building and ideological work, in order to advance the development of virtuous cycles. More proficient and skilled socialist builders and successors will be able to innovate their thinking, thereby enhancing their ability to engage in practical measures aimed at achieving the Chinese dream.
