Abstract
This study aims to develop high school physics teaching materials that facilitate the development of 21st century learning skills, consisting of critical thinking, creative, communication and collaboration known as 4C skills. Test the readability and feasibility of the developed teaching material. The method used is Research and Development (R&D). The research instrument consisted of tests, questionnaires and observation sheets. The results of the study show that the teaching material developed is suitable for use in learning and easy to understand. The results of the analysis of the development of critical thinking skills, creative, communication and collaboration, showed a high increase.
