Abstract

In the paper, we evaluate the precoding performance of a single-cell multi-user massive MIMO downlink system, including four kinds of precoding methods: regularized channel inversion (RCI), MMSE, ZF and MRC. Signal-to-interference-plus-noise ratio (SINR) expression is derived when the antenna number tends to infinity. Simulation results present two characteristics of the massive MIMO downlink channel: orthogonality and convergence.
