This report addresses the coordination of the relationship between the stall economy and the smart city, taking Shannxi, China, as an example [1], and examines the joint impact of the smart city and the stall economy on the political economy of the city in the context of the epidemic. Based on the study of the market economy and the smart city, a large amount of data was collected employing field visits and questionnaires, and statistical analysis.
