Abstract

With the concept of "The Fourth Management Revolution" put forward, the platform ecosystem is regarded as one of the important trends in the future development of the construction industry. Large, medium and small construction enterprises in Northwest China have advantages and disadvantages in the platform ecosystem. According to the operating characteristics and situation of construction enterprises in this region, this paper uses SWTO analysis method and internal & external factor matrix method to put forward synergetic development strategies. Based on the platform ecosystem concept and NetLogo software, a dynamic simulation model is built by using Logo language programming to simulate and compare the strategies, then puts forward evaluation and suggestions. This paper can help large, medium and small construction enterprises in Northwest China to clarify their own positioning and development direction as soon as possible.
