Abstract
In the era of stable economic development, the resilient economy has become an important element of high- quality economic development, the integration of the logistics industry and digitalisation is becoming closer, digital logistics has become a new driving force to enhance the resilience of economic development and promote ecological environmental governance,and digital logistics,the resilient economy economic development and ecological environmental governance as a coupled and coordinated open system is promoting high-quality development in all provinces.
