Abstract
While vigorously moving ahead with emerging such as the Internet, Big Data, and Artificial Intelligence, digital technology is increasingly becoming a force that cannot be ignored. The digital transformation of enterprises has become an inevitable choice concerning related to the survival and development of enterprises. Based on cognitive evaluation theory and self-determination theory, this paper explores the impact of enterprise digital transformation on knowledge-based employees' work engagement. This paper adopts a questionnaire survey, the survey sample scope includes Beijing, Shanghai, Yantai, Shenyang, and other cities, and the sample data for enterprise professional and technical knowledge-based employees and management knowledge-based employees.
