Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explain the need for academic papers writing materials for students of the Indonesian language and literary education program in Muhammadiyah using qualitative research, is showing that the need for textbooks in the based learning model is required in the learning process. The data shows that the average demand for textbooks is 46% fully agreeable, 41% agree, 6% disagree, and 0% completely disagree. From the data obtained, students it can be concluded that they need a textbook to write scientific papers.
