Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the use of LinkedIn Learning with the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) approach. The object of this research is the employees of PT Semiconductor Batam. The type of approach in this research is a descriptive quantitative approach with a research sample of 96 people. Data analysis was carried out using the PLS-SEM method with the SmartPLS 4.0 application. The results of this study prove that perceived ease of use has a positive and significant effect on perceived usefulness, perceived usefulness has a positive and significant effect on attitude towards using, perceived ease of use has a positive and significant effect on attitude towards using, attitude towards using has a positive and significant effect on behavioral intention, and behavioral Intention has a positive and significant effect on actual usage.
