Abstract
This study aims to look at the performance of companies in the transportation and logistics sector that are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2017-2021 period using the balanced scorecard method. This study also aims to analyze the influence of the perspective in the balanced scorecard on company performance. This study used a purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique in this study uses multiple regression analysis. The results of this study were found that the financial perspective, customer perspective, internal business process perspective, and learning and growth perspective have no significant effect on company performance.
