Abstract
Managing digital archives at the State Wealth Service Office and the Batam Auction is essential in implementing government activities at the KPKNL Batam by considering the principles of Good Governance. The management of these digital archives is carried out using the Nadine application and for work units in the State Asset Management section using the State Asset Management website. This study aims to evaluate whether filing management at the KPKNL Batam is more effective in business processes at the KPKNL Batam. The research method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques were carried out by data triangulation, namely by observation, interviews, along documentation. The study results show that the ability of digital archives and archivists at the KPKNL Batam to apply the principles of good governance makes business processes at the BKPKNL Batam more optimal.
