Abstract
This research was conducted to find out whether the views of the people of Batam City about the benefits, ease of use, trust and risks of Go-Pay significantly affect their intention in using it. This study uses a quantitative method by distributing questionnaires to one hundred respondents using a non-probability sampling technique through a purposive method, and the data is then processed with the help of SPSS 24. The results of the study are obtained if the perceived benefits, ease of use, trust have a positive and significant effect on intention use of Go-Pay, the perceived risk have a negative effect on intention used of Go-Pay.
