Abstract
This study aims to determine the application of transformational leadership and employee creativity of PT Dunia Rajawali Makmur. The method used is descriptive qualitative through interviews, data collected from 38 employees of PT Dunia Rajawali Makmur. The results of this study are: (1) the application of transformational leadership style has been running very well and effectively, this is evidenced that the leader has implemented transformational leadership indicators, namely idealistic influence, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, and individual attention; (2) employees have new ways to get the job done faster and have new ideas to improve the quality of procedures to achieve company goals, but there are some employees who are afraid to take risks and need decisions or directions from the leadership.
