Abstract
The purpose of study is to find out how Sagulung District is prepared to implement the Fraud Control Plan (FCP) through a diagnostic assessment with 10 FCP attributes. This study uses a qualitative methodology, the method of collecting data through direct interviews and filling out questionnaires to collect data and information while the analysis is carried out descriptively. This study used samples in the Sagulung sub-district and its sub-districts. Based on the results of the research, it shows that Sagulung District was not ready to implement the FCP with the "Very Inadequate" category.
