Usually, large scale capital flight will make hazard a country’s economy. This paper analyzes the scale and causes of capital flight in China. It is inferred in this paper that the scale of capital flight in China has been greatly affected by the effective exchange rate of RMB, the difference between domestic and foreign asset returns, and the speed of domestic economic growth.
