Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of financial and service performance on the level of financial independence of the Bhayangkara Lemdiklat Polri Hospital. The research was carried out based on time series analysis using secondary data in the form of financial report data at the hospital from 2016 to 2021. Through multiple linear regression analysis, it is known that there is a significant influence of financial performance and service performance partially and simultaneously on the level of financial independence. Specifically for service performance variable, there has been a significant but negative effect, which means that an increase in service performance will reduce the level of financial independence, and vice versa.
