Abstract
Freedom of religion needs to be protected by the state, so that the enforcement of human rights can be sensed by the community, especially in the implementation of religious management in Indonesia. By using normative juridical methods and qualitative approaches, it is found that the State guarantees freedom of religion and belief for all people as stated in the applicable laws, as the protection of human rights for all people.
