Abstract
This study aims to determine how the communication process in the boarding school environment instills a spirit of discipline in its students. This approach uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The results of the research prove that although the infrastructure and application systems are still relatively limited, the santri at the Islamic boarding school are able to understand easily how discipline should be applied inside the boarding school to outside the scope of the pesantren. The tips for disciplining discipline carried out by the caregivers include several ways. Such as increased motivation made by the caregiver.
