Abstract
The frequent public crises in recent years have revealed that small and medium-sized enterprises lack crisis management capabilities and organizational resilience. Under the stimulus of external crisis, the managers' ability of small and medium-sized enterprises has a great impact on the risk-taking and resilience level of enterprises. Taking small and medium-sized enterprises in Shanghai and Shenzhen A-shares as samples, this paper empirically analyzes the relationship among managers' ability, corporate risk-taking level and organizational resilience. The results show that the stronger the ability of managers, the higher the resilience level of small and medium-sized enterprises, and the higher the risk-taking level of enterprises. In addition, the enterprise's risk-taking level plays a part of intermediary role in the relationship between managers' ability and the organizational resilience of small and medium-sized enterprises; The digital transformation is positively adjusting the relationship between managers' ability and the level of corporate risk-taking. The research results enrich the relevant literature and provide a certain reference for the selection of managers and digital transformation of enterprises.
