Abstract
Biology learning in the 21st century requires technology integration to overcome conventional media limitations in visualizing complex systems. This R&D study, utilizing the 4-D model (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate), aims to develop and test an Interactive Illustrated Module based on the Picture and Picture model for the human digestive system at MATQ Al-Anshor Ambon. Expert validation results show the module is highly valid, achieving a score of 96.67%, and highly practical with a student response score of 89.12%. The effectiveness test demonstrated a significant improvement in Grade XI learning outcomes, with mean scores rising from 42.50 to 84.47. The calculated N-Gain of 0.75 places the module in the "High Effectiveness" category. This research concludes that the module is a valid, effective transformative medium to improve student learning outcomes and visualize abstract biological concepts.
