Abstract

This study aims to analyse the business feasibility in the plan to establish a new branch office of PT BPR Kepri Bintan by focusing on the potential and feasibility aspects in accordance with the provisions of the Financial Services Authority of the Republic of Indonesia. The data used in this study is secondary data originating from reports the Central Statistics Agency of Batam City, Bank Indonesia in the form of economics reports in Batam City, the Financial Services Authority in the form of statistics on publication reports of Rural Banks and laws or regulations that support secondary data information and primary data in the form of structured interviews by the government. The findings of this study, in the feasibility study for the establishment of PT BPR Kepri Bintan when viewed from the potential and feasibility aspects, it was found that the BPR was feasible to be established.
