Abstract
In distributor companies, the problem that often occurs at PT Internasional Asia Prima Sukses (IAPS) is the discrepancy in the stock of goods. This is due to a lack of accuracy in calculating goods entering the warehousing, a lack of re-checking when the goods will be distributed, and lack of supervision of employee performance. This study aims to identify the influence of inventory, operational audits, and internal control on warehousing management at IAPS. The study sample consisted of 50 employees involved in warehouse management. This study uses descriptive analysis methods and multiple linear regression. The results showed that simultaneously inventory, operational audits, and internal control in warehousing management had a positive and significant effect on warehousing management with a determination efficiency of 0.770. Partially, inventory and operational audits have a positive impact and internal control has a negative influence on warehousing management.
