Abstract
The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of enterprise risk management (ERM) on firm value by using control variables consisting of firm size, ROA, and managerial ownership. The data in this study uses the annual reports of manufacturing sector companies listed on the IDX in 2014-2020. The analytical technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS application. The results of this study show that ERM, Firm size, and ROA has a significant positive effect on firm value, and managerial ownership has a negative but not significant effect on firm value.
