Abstract
This study aims to examine the effect of emotional intelligence, behavior learns accounting students on level of understanding of the Batam State Polytechnic. The population of this study is the students majoring in Business Management from Accounting 2019 and Managerial Accounting Study Programs 2018 at the Batam State Polytechnic. The total number of respondents were 141 students. This study uses a quantitative approach and data collection methods through surveys by distributing questionnaires through google form. The results of this study are emotional intelligence, behavior learn accounting the students have a significant positive effect on their level of understanding at the students of Batam State Polytechnic.
