Cultural and Strategic: Logistics Collaboration and Supply Chain Performance Model For Small and Medium Enterprises

This study aims to develop a logistics collaboration model for small and medium enterprises (SMEs) to improve supply chain performance. SMEs often face unique challenges such as limited resources, lack of technological integration, and inefficient logistics operations, which hinder their competitiveness in the market. By exploring various collaboration strategies, this research seeks to identify effective methods for enhancing logistics efficiency and supply chain coordination among SMEs.
