Abstract

Using the correct leadership style is one method to boost staff performance. The intent of the investigation is to investigate the impact of transformational leadership on employee performance through organizational commitment as an intervening factor. The study was conducted on 81 employees of PT Bintang Krakatau Mandiri (not including the director and CEO). Data analysis using the SEM-PLS method. The hypothesis's findings show that change management has a substantial beneficial effect on organizational commitment and personnel performance. The mediation test results show that organizational commitment has no effect on the effect of transformational leadership strategy on employee performance.
